| NCAA 2010 Head Rules |
The NCAA Men's Lacrosse Rules Committee has made changes to the
dimensions of the lacrosse stick, effective January 1, 2010.
The changes include a measurement at the 1¼-inch mark of 3 inches for both the front and back of the crosse.
At the 5-inch mark they require 4 inches in front and 3½ inches in back. At the widest
point the meaurements stay the same with 6½ inches measured at the inside front of the crosse and a minimum of
6 inches on the back of the crosse.
These changes do not appear to have been adopted by other rules committees,
so for the time being, last years heads will work for the majority of players.
