"Pretty Good"
I've had this head for a while and play D with it. It withstands the checks that I make and has a nice pinch. The one thing is that it is horrible for scooping because the top isn't curved like others. Overall, this is a pretty sick head. |

"Great"
First, a "Hello" to my baby Natasha and my wonderful wife, Gabriela!Did you all know that Shamrock just came out with a "new" factory-pinched version of the Ripper? I have one, and it is great...sure, a bit heavier than most of the "lighter-than-air" dealios out there, but heck, that makes you feel more secure when you wrapcheck, kayak, stab, or otherwise strip the ball from someone, que no? You know your Ripper won't tweak at the first run-in! Great pinch, too...with dura-mesh or trad. you'll be able to easily LAUNCH balls at top speeds.Plus, you should buy it 'cause Shamrock is still this small company(like the little engine that could) in competition w/the big boys..and we all HATE Warrior, right? |

"Outstanding Head"
This is an excellent head for all positions. Shamrock has clearly used the highest grade plastic available, and it is virtually indestructible. My club owns several of them as team sticks both short and long stick, and they take abuse, day in and out, and after two years of year-round lacrosse we have yet to break one. The head comes factory pinched and cradles and throws like a dream. Recommend from beginners to experts. |

"Bad"
This is a bad head. I do not recommend this to anyone.it is too pinched for beginners.and any experienced player should be able to tell immediately that this head is bad. It also bends into a twisti tornado cyclone thing. |

"This head is AWESOME!"
This head is absolutely great.I got mine from a friend and I absolutely love it. I went from using a Matrix to using the Ripper and I can honestly say I like the Ripper more. And I'll tell you what I am keeping this head for a while. It is a little on the heavy side but it definitely makes up for it in everything else. It is awesome! |

"great but uber heavy"
dont put in soft mesh; the ball rattles around and it sux. I put durable mesh in mine, and its really good. it is super pinched (good shot, ball control) and has a very wide scooping area. only thing is it weighs 6.9 oz, which is the heaviest stick I know of (most sticks are 5.5 oz and under) but the STX fuse comes in a close second at 6.8oz. Overall, pretty good. |

"Ripper is Awesome Pinched"
I pinched my Ripper and have fallen in love with it. I used to use a Blade and now I think that this head has much better ball control than I ever had with the Blade. I am a very experienced lacrosse player and encourage anyone to buy the Ripper and pinch it a little bit, you will fall in love with it. |

"Shamrock at it's best "
I got one of these this Winter and it is the best thing Shamrock has put out yet, and over all a good performance. With a soft mesh you can hold the ball for ever. |
